Application for Membership: Rules
To become a member of IAAI, you must download the application form below. You may then print and mail the completed membership application to the address below.

You must attach the amount of $25.00 with this application in payment of annual dues with the understanding that in December of each year your membership is required to be renewed.

You must be employed in some capacity that works towards prosecution, suppression or investigation of arson or fire losses.

Mail your payment and completed application to:
